Christiani Industrial Model – Compact Car Wash Line

Our industrial models are superbly suited for an entry into automation and PLC technology. From control systems engineering to programming as well as from ‘basics’ up to highly complex processes you can carry out a wide range of tasks using the models based on real-world systems.
We will present our model ‘car wash line’ which simulates a fully automated car wash for passenger cars. Under realistic conditions students learn how to programme the automated washing process.

Modular Mechatronic System (mMS)

Advanced training in industrial automation:

mMS is based on functional units simulating separate work steps within the entire production process. They can be combined to simulate an entire production line. While assembling and programming semi-finished and finished parts trainees extend their skills in manufacturing methods. They enhance PLC programming skills learn how to automate working processes.

Project Work – Formula 1 Racing Car

The concept of our project works is a key factor for basic knowledge in manual material processing. All project works comprise a material kit, semi-finished and standard components and a documentation with instructions for trainees and trainers.

For example students manufacture the 'Formula 1 Racing Car'. Meanwhile they learn how to organize a small project and to evaluate their work results. In the end they will succeed by having built a functional solar model car with two electric motors.
